Swope Health Village, a 12-acre, $130 million master-planned, multi-phased residential and healthcare campus purposed to transform the 5900 block of Swope Parkway. The project integrates affordable senior and mental health housing, community gardens, a community center, and expanded healthcare infrastructure to eliminate regional socioeconomic and health disparities.
Women’s & Children’s Center, a future-planned facility upgrade and service expansion that will support access to care and strengthen the integration of Behavioral Health services into whole-person care for women, children, and families. Services will include comprehensive screening, youth Behavioral Health programming and psychosocial rehabilitation services, SUD treatment, counseling, and psychiatric services for women and children, ultimately improving health outcomes.
Swope Health has provided quality comprehensive primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and support services in the Greater Kansas City area for 56 years. In 2025, Swope Health served more than 55,000 patients at 24 locations throughout the region, including clinics in Kansas City, Mo.; Belton, Mo.; Excelsior Springs, Mo.; Independence, Mo.; Riverside, Mo.; Leavenworth, Kan.; and Kansas City, Kan.
