Self-pay patients will receive a $10 discount when visiting more than one medical clinic in a day. Therefore, a visit to more than one medical clinic will not exceed $60 in a given day. For more than one clinic visit that includes a dental visit, fees will be capped at $80. There is a family cap of $50 for medical and $80 for dental.
Note: Service fee includes lab and x-ray services provided at the time of the medical visit. A $35 service fee applies to other diagnostic imaging services, including mammograms, ultrasounds and bone density scans which are not covered by any other payer source.
