Swope Health’s 12-month AEGD Residency Program develops oral healthcare leaders who are reflective of and responsive to the diverse communities that Swope Health serves. Residents can expect clinical experiences and didactic lessons centered on innovative training in a supportive culture; a health equity focus; and opportunities for leadership development; and community involvement.
