Swope Health offers a wide range of primary care services in our clinics. We provide accessible, comprehensive, quality patient care for all ages in the greater Kansas City region, as well as from our Mobile Medical Unit.

Preventive and Acute Care

We offer routine checkups, physicals, immunizations, screenings, as well as care for illnesses and injuries.

Chronic Disease Management

Get support in monitoring and controlling conditions such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, kidney disease, and high blood pressure.

Laboratory and Radiology

Lab services, mammograms, X-rays, and ultrasounds
are available.

COVID-19

Get vaccination, testing, and educational resources.

Preventive and Acute Care

Our Adult and Family Medicine providers offer a full range of primary care services across multiple Swope Health sites in Missouri and Kansas.

We provide evaluations and exams to maintain your health, including:

Routine well-person checkups
Physicals
Immunizations, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines
Testing for tuberculosis
Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C
Treatment for minor, short-term illnesses, such as lingering coughs, and ear, nose and throat problems

COVID-19

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) voted to recommend an updated COVID-19 vaccine against recent strains. The new vaccine provides protection against serious illness from most variants that are currently circulating.
