Residential Treatment
Housing and community support to help adults with chronic mental illness gain life skills. Six residential centers offer varying degrees of service and care, offering residents the chance to practice skills to live independently and manage symptoms. These programs connect residents with community resources that can help them reach their goals.
Services
Assessment and Placement
Residents are assessed, placed, and transitioned through the program based on their needs, abilities, and level of functioning.
As they gain more skills, they have the opportunity to transition into settings that allow them to live more independently.
Residential support
Associates in residential services model and provide support in:
- Nutrition, cooking, eating
- Healthcare maintenance
- Assistance with medications
- Financial management
- Education and support for conflict resolution and coping skills
- Community engagement
- Social skills
