Patients should know…
I want my patients to know that I care about their health and want them to be as healthy as possible. I want them to view our relationship like a team. I am willing to put in the time and energy to help them achieve better health, and if they are willing to work with me, I believe their health will improve.
I like being able to teach my patients and help them live healthier lives. A lot of people develop unhealthy habits because everyone around them has the same habits. I like to help my patients come up with a plan to change their unhealthy habits, even if the rest of their families are not ready to take that step.
I also like building relationships with my patients. Getting to know them better helps me to develop better treatment for them.
