I am very passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. My goal is to promote a therapeutic milieu by creating a welcoming environment, respecting patient’s values and expressed needs, and sustaining mutually respected patient-provider relationships.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln, Nebraska. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
During my tenure at the University of Kansas Health Systems, I was awarded the University of Kansas Health Systems Internal Medicine Nursing TRAIL Award in 2015, Hematology and Oncology Nursing Excellence Award in 2017, and Daisy Team Award in 2017.
During my graduate studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, I was inducted in two honor societies: The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in 2018 and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2019.
Joined Swope Health in September 2019. Previously I worked on the Hematology/Oncology Department as a registered nurse for six years at the University of Kansas Health Systems.
Background and passions
I am originally from Cap-Haitian, Haiti. However, my adopted home is Lincoln, Nebraska. Now, I currently live in Olathe, Kansas.
I love the Denver Broncos and the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers. I enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities with my family. I love doing home renovations and landscaping projects. I also very involved in my community church praise and worship team, playing the piano.
